In a blender, combine 1 cup of the reserved water from the prunes, the drained prunes, coconut milk, honey, powdered milk, and brown sugar, and blend well until smooth.

Turn off the blender, transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the whipped egg whites, and gently mix. Divide the mixture into serving cups and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer a little before serving and garnish!
