  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 120 milliliters plant-based milk
  • 100 grams almond flour
  • 30 grams tapioca starch
  • 30 grams golden flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons demerara sugar or sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
    Baking the Cake
  1. Prepare the Batter

    Beat the eggs with the sugar and the fat. Add the dry ingredients and the plant-based milk, mixing well until a smooth batter forms. Finally, add the baking powder.
