  • 1 cup Almonds (Raw, unsalted almonds are preferred.)
  • 4 cups Water (Use filtered water for the best taste.)
  • optional Coconut water (For a tropical twist, substitute some or all of the water.)

  1. Soak and Blend

    Cover the almonds with water and let them soak overnight. Drain the water and let the almonds air dry for 1 day.

    Blend the almonds with 4 cups of water or coconut water until smooth. Strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth for a smoother texture.

    Sweeten with honey or vanilla extract if desired.
