  • 5 pieces mashed potatoes
  • 1 unit egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 120 milliliters milk
  • 45 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 6 slices slices of mozzarella cheese
