Ingredients for Banana Pie
    Pie Ingredients
  • 240 grams all-purpose flour
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 unit egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 units bananas (sliced)
  • to taste unit cinnamon
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
    Baking Process
  1. Prepare the Crust and Filling

    Mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, butter, egg, and baking powder until it forms a crumbly mixture. Preheat the oven at this point. Place half of this mixture in a baking dish that can go in the oven. Add the sliced bananas on top. Sprinkle cinnamon on the other half of the crumb mixture and pour it over the baking dish. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over everything. Bake at 400°F and keep an eye on it. It will be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. Turn off the oven when it is golden brown.
