Ingredients for Banana Raisin Cookies
    For the Cookies
  • 1 cup Brown sugar (Packed)
  • 60 g Water
  • 4 units Banana (Ripe)
  • 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Shredded coconut
  • 220 g Whole wheat flour
  • 2 handful Raisins
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • as needed tbsp Corn oil (For greasing)

    Preparation Steps
  1. Make the Dough

    In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add in the flour, salt, brown sugar, coconut, water, cinnamon, and raisins. Mix well and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

  2. Form the Cookies

    Shape the cookies using ½ tablespoon of dough. If the dough is sticky, moisten your hands with cold water.

  3. Bake the Cookies

    Arrange the cookies on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until slightly golden on the bottom.
