Ingredients for Beef Stew with Zucchini
    Main Ingredients
  • 500 g beef (e.g., chuck or sirloin) (cut into cubes)
  • 4 tablespoons canola oil (for sautéing)
  • 1 medium red onion (sliced)
  • 1 cube beef bouillon (for flavor)
  • 2 cups boiling water (to dissolve bouillon)
  • 3 medium tomatoes (diced)
  • 3 medium zucchini (sliced thick)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped for garnish)

  1. Sauté the Ingredients
