Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil. Beat the eggs with the brown sugar and add to the chocolate mixture. Stir in the whole grain brown rice flour. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper or greased and floured. Add frozen fruit and sliced almonds if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 30 minutes in a 22cm pan. Allow to cool before cutting.
