Ingredients for Brazilian Parsley Root Soup with Chicken
    Main Ingredients
  • 1 piece onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (whole)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (whole)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 500 grams Brazilian parsley root (peeled and diced)
  • 2 pieces yellow bell peppers (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 200 grams mixed mushrooms (sautéed in herbs)
  • 200 grams chicken (diced and sautéed with turmeric)
  • 1 tablespoon nori seaweed (cut into strips)

    Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare the Chicken

    Season the diced chicken with turmeric and sauté in olive oil until golden. Set aside.

  2. Sauté the Vegetables

    In the same pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell peppers in olive oil until soft. Add the remaining ingredients, season with salt and turmeric, and cover with water.

  3. Blend the Soup

    Let it cook for 15 minutes, then blend the mixture until smooth. Stir in the sautéed chicken.
