  • 3 units Eggs
  • 180 grams Brown sugar or sweetener
  • 100 grams Coconut oil or ghee
  • 160 grams Dark chocolate (70%)
  • 70 grams Nut flour
  • 30 grams Cocoa powder
  • a pinch Salt
  • to taste optional Nuts or chopped chocolate for decoration

  1. Prepare the Brownie Batter

    Melt the chocolate with the fat and set aside. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar (or sweetener) and then add the chocolate mixture. Next, incorporate the nut flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt, and mix well.

  2. Bake the Brownies

    Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 12 minutes. If using a sweetener in the recipe, the brownie will not form a crust.
