  • ½ tablespoon olive oil (or ghee, coconut oil, or other vegetable oil)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup water
  • to taste sea salt
Instructions
    Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare Cauliflower
