    Dough Ingredients
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 0.5 cup sesame seeds
  • 1.5 tablespoons instant dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • Filling Ingredients
  • 4 cups raw spinach, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil (for sautéing)
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 unit onion, chopped
  • 1 unit tomato, chopped, seedless
  • 1.14 pounds cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • to taste unit salt
Instructions
    Preparing the Dough
  1. Step 1: Mix Ingredients

    In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and sesame seeds, and set aside.

  2. Step 2: Blend Wet Ingredients

    Blend the yeast, salt, sugar, oil, and spinach in a blender.

  3. Step 3: Combine and Knead

    Pour the blended liquid over the dry ingredients, mix well, and knead until smooth and elastic.

  4. Step 4: Rest the Dough

    Allow the dough to rest in a bowl covered with a cloth until it doubles in size.

  5. Making the Filling

    In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in oil.

  7. Step 6: Add Tomato and Chicken

    Then, add the chopped tomato and sauté until it releases water. Add the shredded chicken and stir to combine with the seasoning, adding salt to taste.

    Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and pour it into the pan to make the filling creamier. Finally, add the parsley.

    Roll out the dough, cut into circles, and place a bit of filling in the center of each circle. Fold to shape into triangles.
