  • 2 teaspoons Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 unit onion, chopped
  • 120 milliliters olive oil
  • 60 grams flaxseed flour
  • 1 tablespoon amaranth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 60 grams grated Minas cheese

    Preparation Steps
  1. Blend the Ingredients

    Place the chicken, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend well. Then, add the olive oil and mix thoroughly.
