Ingredients for Chicken Shepherd's Pie
    Main Ingredients
  • 600 grams cauliflower
  • 300 grams chicken fillet
  • 100 grams ricotta cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • to taste cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 grams onion

  1. Prepare the Ingredients

    Chop the garlic and grate the onion, then set aside the seasonings. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  3. Cook the Chicken

    Season and grill the chicken, then shred it and set aside.

  4. Prepare the Cauliflower Mixture
  5. Steam and Sauté

    Steam the cauliflower until soft, then drain in a colander. Sauté the onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, and turmeric in olive oil.

  6. Assemble and Bake
  7. Combine and Bake

    Cut the cauliflower into pieces, combine with the ricotta, and process until smooth. Add the sautéed onion mixture and process again, then set aside. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter, spread half of the cauliflower mixture in it, layer the shredded chicken on top, then cover with the remaining cauliflower mixture. Bake for 25 minutes or until browned. Let rest and serve!
