Ingredients for Chicken Stroganoff
    Main Ingredients
  • 200 grams chicken breast, sliced or cubed
  • to taste pink salt
  • to taste orange juice or lemon juice
  • 2 units ripe tomatoes
  • 120 milliliters water
  • to taste fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon green banana biomass
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • to taste fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • to taste parsley, chopped
  • a pinch curry powder
  • a pinch turmeric powder
  • to taste skim milk (optional for white sauce)
Instructions
    Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken 30 minutes before cooking. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Chop the tomatoes finely and sauté, adding water to create a sauce. Add the green banana biomass and blend if necessary. Drain the chicken, removing all excess orange juice.

  2. Cook the Chicken

In a hot skillet without oil, place the chicken strips and let them brown. Avoid stirring the meat to prevent losing moisture. In the end, add the mustard.

  3. Combine Ingredients

Combine the chicken with the tomato sauce and add the mushrooms. Sprinkle chopped parsley, add a pinch of curry (optional), and adjust the salt. Note: To make the sauce white, add skim milk and less tomato.
