    Main Ingredients
  • 15 units Dried Black Plum (medium size (5g each))
  • 3 cups Fresh Grated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1.5 tbsp Coconut Oil
Instructions
    Preparation Steps
  1. Process the Coconut

    Place the grated coconut in a blender or food processor and blend until finely shredded. If using a blender, pause to scrape down the sides as needed.

  2. Mix Ingredients

    Once finely processed, add the remaining ingredients except for the plums and blend for an additional 3 minutes until a smooth, white paste forms.

  3. Form the Truffles

    Take portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, placing a plum in the center of each. You may substitute the plum with another fruit if desired.

  4. Finish with Coconut

    Roll each truffle in additional grated coconut to coat them.
