  • 70 grams coconut oil (melted)
  • 60 grams sugar or sweetener
  • 50 milliliters warm water (to dissolve dry ingredients)
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 140 grams oats flour
  • 30 grams flaxseed flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Prepare the batter

    Beat the eggs with the sugar and coconut oil until doubled in volume. In the warm water, add the cocoa powder and instant coffee, dissolve well, and add this mixture to the eggs and beat again. Add the oats flour, flaxseed flour, and salt, and mix. Finally, add the baking powder.
