  • 2.2 kilograms pork ribs

  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste food coloring
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • to taste chopped kale
  • 1 carrot, cut into thick strips
  • to taste green onion
  • to taste parsley

    Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare the Pork Ribs

    In a pot, place the pork ribs, oil, a little food coloring, salt, and garlic, and sauté. Add water and cook until the meat is tender. Add the carrot and cook together with the meat until it is al dente.
