Ingredients for Cracker Biscuits
    Dry Ingredients
  • 120 grams golden flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon hulled sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unhulled sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
  • 4 tablespoons almond flour or almond pulp
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • seasonings to taste
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 240 milliliters warm water
  • 100 grams almond pulp
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
Instructions
    Preparation Steps
  1. Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

  2. Combine Wet Ingredients

    Add the warm water and mix well.

  3. Prepare the Baking Dish

    Pour the dough into a baking dish lined with parchment paper, spreading it out to make it very thin.

  4. Bake the Crackers

    Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 10 minutes.

  5. Make the Ricotta

    For the ricotta, mix the almond pulp in a bowl with the water as needed, olive oil, and the juice of half a lemon. Add chopped green onion, salt, and seasonings.
