Ingredients for Detox Soup
    Main Ingredients
  • 400 grams chicken breast
  • as needed pieces bacon
  • 1 unit tomato
  • 1 unit zucchini
  • 1 unit chayote
  • 1 unit carrot
  • 1 unit yam
  • 1 unit eggplant
  • to taste unit onion
  • to taste unit garlic
  • to taste unit salt
  • to taste unit black pepper
  • to taste unit red pepper
  • as needed unit pork fat or butter

    Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Soup

    Wash all the vegetables and chop them into cubes. Also cube the chicken breast and set aside. In a pot, add the fat, onion, and garlic, and sauté until golden. Then add the seasonings, mix well, and add the cubed chicken, allowing it to cook thoroughly. When it releases water, add all the vegetables, sauté for 5 minutes, and then add water. Let it cook until everything is very tender, almost falling apart. Store in containers with lids; it can be frozen for up to 3 months.
