Instructions

Preparation of the Tart

  1. Make the Crust

    For the crust, place the margarine and sugar in a mixer and beat until a creamy and light mixture forms (about 5 minutes). Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue mixing. Incorporate the heavy cream and mix well. Add the vanilla extract and fruit liqueur. Set aside.

  2. Prepare the Topping

    For the topping, in a saucepan, heat the heavy cream without boiling. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate and margarine, mixing well until the chocolate melts.

  3. Assemble the Tart

    To assemble, line the inside of a removable-bottom cake pan (18 cm to 20 cm in diameter and 4 cm high) with acetate foil. Line the bottom of the pan with the Maizena cookies and the sides with the chocolate-covered round cookies facing outward. Pour the prepared filling into the pan and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from the fridge and add the topping.
