Ingredients for Flourless Brownie
    Main Ingredients
  • 3 units eggs
  • 180 grams brown sugar or sweetener
  • 100 grams coconut oil or ghee
  • 160 grams dark chocolate (70%)
  • 30 grams cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch a pinch of salt
  • to taste units nuts or chopped chocolate for decoration

    Preparation Steps
  1. Melt and Mix

    Melt the chocolate with the fat and set aside. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar (or sweetener) and then add the chocolate mixture. Next, add the nut flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt and mix well.

  2. Bake

    Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 12 minutes. If you use sweetener in the recipe, the brownie will not form a crust.
