Ingredients for Functional Chicken Pancake
    Pancake Batter
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup lactose-free milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • a pinch pink salt
  • Filling
  • 200 grams shredded chicken
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste garlic
  • to taste red onion
  • to taste leek
  • 3 tablespoons lactose-free cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon green banana biomass
  • a pinch turmeric
  • a pinch cayenne pepper
  • to taste cheese
  • to taste organic tomato sauce
Instructions
    Making the Pancakes
  1. Prepare the Batter

    Blend all the pancake batter ingredients in a blender. Grease a skillet and pour in the amount of one ladle of batter. Cook over medium-high heat. Use a spatula to loosen the edges until you can flip the pancake. Repeat the same process for the other side.

  3. Sauté the Filling

    For the filling, sauté the shredded chicken in olive oil with garlic, red onion, and leek. Mix in the lactose-free cream cheese and green banana biomass until creamy. Season with turmeric and cayenne pepper. Grate cheese on top and add organic tomato sauce.
