Ingredients for Functional Hamburger
    Main Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram Ground meat (beef, pork loin, or chicken breast)
  • 1 unit Egg
  • to taste unit Pepper
  • 2 units Onion
  • to taste unit Garlic
  • to taste unit Bell pepper
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • to taste unit Salt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Almond flour or fine rolled oats

    Preparation
  1. Mix and Shape

    Mix all the ingredients together and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt to taste, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of almond flour or fine rolled oats. Knead well and shape the patties by hand. I usually make a larger batch and freeze them for when I'm in a hurry.

    When ready to cook, just heat the skillet with olive oil and cook the patties until browned on both sides (cover the skillet to help cook the meat).
