  • 1 cup chopped broccoli (Can substitute with other veggies)
  • to taste cottage cheese (For creaminess)
  • to taste Minas cheese (A local cheese with rich flavor)
  • to taste organic tomato sauce (For added flavor)

    Preparation Steps
  1. Make the Batter

    Blend all the pancake batter ingredients in a blender.

  2. Cook the Pancakes
