Ingredients for Gluten-Free Orange Cake

  • 6 tablespoons Brown Rice Flour (or any gluten-free flour)
  • 1 tablespoon Potato Starch
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 medium Orange (180g) (with peel)
  • 0.5 cups Sunflower Oil
  • 4 units Chicken Eggs
