Ingredients for Green Lentil Soup
    Vegetables
  • 1 unit onion
  • 3 units garlic cloves
  • 1 unit large chayote
  • ½ unit large broccoli
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 cup cooked lentils or peas
  • to taste unit green onions
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram or basil
  • to taste unit Himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoons lactose-free cream cheese
  • ½ unit lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons per serving shredded chicken or mushrooms

  1. Preparation Steps

    Sauté the garlic, onion, and chayote in ghee and cover with water. Cook until the chayote softens. Then add all the other vegetables. When the broccoli is briefly cooked, turn off the heat and stir a little to cool slightly. Place the vegetables in the blender in batches. At first, add the cooking water, then blend and take only the vegetables, adjusting to the texture you desire. Blend until the mixture is very smooth! Add the cream cheese. Serve.
