  • 0.5 cups Brown Sugar
  • 200 grams Hazelnuts
  • 1.5 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 tablespoons Coconut Oil

    Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Hazelnuts

    Preheat the oven to 300°F and place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet. Leave them there for 15 minutes, but always monitor until their skins start to darken. Meanwhile, take a cloth and dampen it. Keep it moist. Once the 15 minutes are up, transfer the hazelnuts into the cloth and close it. Rub the nuts so that the dried skins come off with the moisture from the cloth. Most should be without skins, but if some are impossible to remove, that's okay.

  2. Blend the Mixture

    Place all the hazelnuts in a food processor. Process the nuts for 10 minutes, mixing every minute to prevent them from sticking to the bottom. Add the coconut oil and blend until the mixture is smooth. Then, add the remaining ingredients.
