Ingredients for Lentil Bites
    Main Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Cooked lentils (Well drained)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese (Finely grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (Chopped)

    Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the oven

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Sauté onion

    Sauté the chopped onion in a drizzle of olive oil and set aside.

  3. Blend lentils

    Blend the well-drained cooked lentils in a blender.

  4. Mix ingredients

    Add the blended lentils, grated Parmesan cheese, diced red bell pepper, sautéed onion, garlic, oregano, and parsley to the blender and process until well mixed.

  5. Shape into bites

    With your hands, form the mixture into bite-sized balls.

  6. Bake the bites

    Place the lentil bites on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
