  • 2 cups Cooked lentils
  • 4 cups Water
  • 3 units Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 unit Carrot, chopped
  • 2 units Garlic cloves
  • 1 unit Celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 unit Medium onion, chopped
  • 2 units Garlic cloves, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 100 grams Shredded chicken (Optional)

    Cook the lentils in water with tomatoes, carrot, and celery. In a separate pan, sauté the onion, garlic, black pepper, and salt in olive oil. Combine the seasoning with the lentils and cook for a little longer. Add 100 grams of shredded chicken to each 400ml serving.
