Ingredients for Light Prune Mousse
    Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cups Water (for soaking and blending)
  • 1 cup Pitted prunes (soaked and drained)
  • 3 units Egg white (whipped)
  • 1 cup Coconut milk (full-fat for better creaminess)
  • 1 cup Powdered milk
  • 5 tablespoons Honey (adjust to taste)

    Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Prunes

    In a bowl, soak the pitted prunes in water for 1 hour. Then, strain the prunes and reserve the plums and the water.

  2. Blend the Mixture

    In a blender, combine 1 cup of the reserved water from the prunes, the drained prunes, coconut milk, honey, powdered milk, and brown sugar, and blend well until smooth.

  3. Combine and Serve

    Turn off the blender, transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the whipped egg whites, and gently mix. Divide the mixture into serving cups and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer a little before serving and garnish!
