  • 350 grams ground beef (chuck)
  • 1 large beaten egg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 60 grams onion
  • to taste parsley
  • to taste scallions
  • 3 tablespoons grated carrot
  • 35 grams bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 20 grams amaranth
  • 5 grams chia and flaxseed mix
  • 5 grams black and white sesame mix
