Ingredients for Low-Carb Bread
    Dry Ingredients
  • 180 grams Almond flour or other nut flour
  • 40 grams Chickpea flour
  • 20 grams Golden flaxseed meal
  • 4 teaspoons Xanthan gum
  • 6 grams Yeast
  • 4 teaspoons Salt
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 4 units Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or sugar
  • 100 milliliters Plant-based milk or water
Instructions
    Preparation
  1. Make the Batter

    Beat the eggs with the olive oil, then add the plant-based milk and honey, mixing well. Add the dry ingredients (previously mixed) and combine.

  3. Bake

    Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 428°F to 482°F along with a bowl of boiling water for about 15 minutes to allow it to double in size. Then reduce the oven temperature by at least 10% and continue baking for another approximately 30 minutes, until golden.
