Ingredients for Low-Carb Bread
    Main Ingredients
  • 4 units Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons Honey (or sugar)
  • 1.5 cups Almond flour or other nut flour
  • 0.3 cups Chickpea flour
  • 0.1 cups Golden flaxseed meal
  • 0.4 cups Plant-based milk (or water)
  • 1 teaspoons Xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoons Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
Instructions
    Baking Process
  1. Prepare the Batter

    Beat the eggs with the olive oil, then add the plant-based milk and honey, and mix well. Add the dry ingredients (previously mixed) and stir.

  2. Bake the Bread

    Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C to 250°C along with a bowl of boiling water for about 15 minutes to allow it to rise. Then reduce the oven temperature by at least 10% and bake for an additional approximately 30 minutes until golden.
