Ingredients for Low Carb Cauliflower Pizza
    Pizza Base
  • 1 unit medium cauliflower
  • 120 grams ricotta cheese
  • 2 unit large eggs
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • to taste unit oregano
  • to taste unit salt
  • as needed unit coconut oil (for greasing)
  • Toppings
  • 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 30 grams shredded chicken

Instructions
    Prepare the Cauliflower Base
  1. Create the Cauliflower Flour

    Process the florets using a food processor until they turn into a flour. Microwave this (without adding water) covered for 6-7 minutes on high power. Let it cool a bit and squeeze in a fine mesh strainer or a thin cloth to remove all the liquid, leaving the flour dry.

  3. Combine and Cook

    Mix all the ingredients together and place them in a non-stick skillet greased with a little coconut oil. Spread the mixture with a spoon and cook until golden. Flip with the help of two spatulas to avoid breaking and toast on the other side. Lower the heat and cover with the filling.
