  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • to taste sweetener (Use your favorite low-calorie sweetener)
  • to taste chopped dark chocolate (70% cocoa) (Optional)

  1. Mixing the Dough

    In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, egg, sweetener, and coconut flour. Mix until a dough forms that is easy to handle.

  2. Add Chocolate

    If using, add the chopped dark chocolate and mix a bit more.

  3. Preheat the Oven

  4. Shape the Cookies
