Ingredients for Meat Stew
    Main Ingredients
  • 500 grams beef
  • 500 grams boneless pork leg
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 250 grams smoked sausage
  • to taste garlic
  • to taste salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 6 cups water
  • 500 grams carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 750 grams cassava, peeled, diced and cooked
  • 1 unit large onion, sliced
  • 1 unit green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 unit beef bouillon cube
  • 3 units toasted bread with garlic spread

    Preparation
  1. Making the Stew

    Cut the meats into cubes. Fry in hot oil and set aside. Add a bit of oil and the paprika. Season to taste. Add the meats. Pour in 6 cups of water and let it boil. Once it boils, add the cooked cassava, carrots, onion, and the beef bouillon. Let it boil until the broth thickens.
