  • 200 grams ground pork shoulder
  • 8 units large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 units onions
  • 4 units bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 units large carrots, grated

  1. Prepare the Meatballs and Sauce
