Ingredients for Moroccan Chicken Salad
    Main Ingredients
  • 250 grams chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1.5 cups bulgur wheat (soaked overnight)
  • 4 units apple (diced)
  • 150 grams raisins
  • 150 grams green olives (sliced)
  • 1 unit green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 unit yellow bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 unit red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 unit onion (diced)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • to taste unit mayonnaise
Instructions
    Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Bulgur Wheat

    Soak the bulgur wheat in water overnight. Drain the bulgur well.

  2. Cook the Chicken

    Cook the chicken in broth until done, then shred it (you can use a food processor for this).

  3. Prepare the Vegetables

    Dice the apple, bell peppers, and onion into small cubes.
