    Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Moroccan couscous
  • 1 medium, diced Zucchini
  • 1/2 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 medium Red onion
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 whole Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
  • 200 grams Protein (shredded chicken, grilled chicken, roasted sardines with coconut oil, tuna, or ground beef)
