  • 200 grams skinless chicken breast fillet
  • 25 grams green beans or broccoli
  • 25 grams carrot
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 pinch pink salt
  • 1 orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 100 milliliters warm water

    In a bowl, combine the warm water, whole grain mustard, rosemary, turmeric, pink salt, and orange juice. Mix well. Rub the mixture onto the chicken fillets and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
