  • 120 milliliters warm water
  • 80 grams clarified butter or coconut oil
  • 120 grams brown sugar or sweetener
  • 40 grams almond flour
  • 35 grams flaxseed meal
  • 30 grams rice flour
  • 30 grams sweet cassava flour
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
