Ingredients for Nut Flour Bread
    Main Ingredients
  • 40 grams psyllium husk
  • 60 grams nut flour or sunflower seed flour
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 units eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
    Preparation
  1. Mix and Bake

In a bowl, mix the flours, and in another bowl, combine the liquids. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix for a while with a spoon until the psyllium hydrates and forms a somewhat sticky but moldable dough. Oil your hands and shape the breads (this recipe makes 2 small or 1 large bread). Place them in a baking pan and bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes! They will rise in the oven!
