  • 1 teaspoon Cilantro
  • 2 medium (6g) Garlic cloves
  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups (304g) Raw chickpeas (Soaked overnight)
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

    Soak the chickpeas overnight. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until a thick mixture is formed, but still with some chickpea pieces.
