    Main Ingredients
  • 2 units Brazilian parsley root
  • ½ unit beetroot
  • 1 teaspoon green banana biomass (If frozen, microwave to melt)
  • ¼ unit cauliflower
  • 1 unit red onion
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • to taste units parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • to taste units leek
  • a pinch units pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon lactose-free or light cream cheese

  1. Prepare the Ingredients

    In a pot, cook the Brazilian parsley root until al dente, similarly cooking the beetroot and cauliflower. Once cooked, combine with the green banana biomass. If the green banana biomass is frozen, microwave for a few seconds and add hot water to melt it.

  2. Blend the Mixture

    Next, blend everything together with an immersion blender. In another pan, sauté the garlic, parsley, and onion in olive oil. Combine the contents of both pots and blend again until smooth.

  3. Final Touches

    Mix in the leek and then add the tablespoon of cream cheese for creaminess. Season with Jamaican, white, or pink pepper if desired. Serve.
