Ingredients for Passion Fruit Fish
    Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces Shark steaks (or another boneless fish)
  • 1/2 head Garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Ground coriander seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Ground dried ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Dried tarragon
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
    Preparation and Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the fish with garlic and the dry spices and let it rest for at least two hours.

  2. Arrange the fish steaks in a large skillet greased with half of the olive oil.

  3. Add the juice and cover with the remaining olive oil. Let it rest for another half hour with the skillet covered.

  4. Cook over low heat until the fish is tender.

  5. Serve with garlic broccoli salad.
