    Main Ingredients
  • 1 unit onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large chayote
  • 1/2 bunch broccoli
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 cup cooked lentils or peas
  • to taste unit Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp marjoram or basil
  • 2 tbsp lactose-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 unit lemon juice
  • 1 tsp green banana biomass
  • 2 tbsp shredded chicken or mushrooms (per serving)

    Preparation Steps
  1. Cooking the Soup

    Sauté the garlic, onion, and chayote in ghee until fragrant. Add enough water to cover the vegetables and bring to a boil until the chayote softens.

  2. Blending the Soup

    Add the broccoli, spinach, and cooked lentils or peas to the pot. When the broccoli is slightly cooked, turn off the heat and let it cool slightly. Blend the mixture in batches, starting with some of the cooking water, until smooth and creamy.

  3. Finishing Touches

    Mix in the green banana biomass and cream cheese until well combined. Serve hot!
