Cooking the Polenta
Sauté the garlic in oil. Add 4 cups of water and salt. When the water is boiling, pour in the cornmeal dissolved in a little water. Stir until it thickens and becomes smooth. Cover for about 15 minutes.

Making the Sauce
Fry the bacon and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the ground beef. In another pan, sauté the diced pork with half of the garlic. Combine all the meats and bacon, then add the tomato and onion. Pour in the can of tomato sauce and add water until reaching the desired consistency. Cook well until thickened.

To serve, place the sauce in a bowl, followed by the mozzarella, and then the polenta. Top with parsley.
