  • 6 tablespoons Breadcrumbs (heaping)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 1 Egg (chicken)
  • 2 teaspoons Parsley (fresh)

    Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Cauliflower

    Remove the stem from the cauliflower and separate it into florets. Wash under running water and cook in a small amount of salted water. Cook just until the cauliflower is slightly tender (about 5 to 9 minutes). Drain and arrange the florets on a serving dish.

  2. Prepare the Butter Sauce

    In a small saucepan, heat the butter until it starts to bubble. Pour the butter over the cauliflower, leaving about 3 tablespoons of melted butter in the saucepan. Add the breadcrumbs to the butter in the saucepan and mix well.

  3. Combine and Serve

    Spread this mixture over the cauliflower and sprinkle with the chopped egg. With the help of two forks, gently mix, garnish with parsley sprigs, and serve.
