  • 1 package penne pasta

  • 600 milliliters water

    In a pressure cooker, fry the chopped bacon. Once cooked, remove from the pot and set aside. Fry the smoked sausage in the bacon fat and set aside. In the pressure cooker, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the bay leaves, corn, olives, tomato sauce, and water. Season to taste. Close the lid of the pressure cooker, and once it starts to whistle, cook under pressure for 5 minutes. Finish with the heavy cream, bacon, and mozzarella cheese. If desired, broil the cheese in the oven.
